Position Summary:
In the position of Sr. HRIS Analyst, you will support the full range of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) functions including system configuration, upgrades, workflows, data integrity, and the processing and reporting of Human Resources (HR) data.
Essential Job Functions:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR systems functional capabilities, ensuring compliance, systems configuration, migrations, upgrades, to provide optimum performance.
- Provide HRIS technical support for HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation planning, performance management, and time & attendance. Meet with project team(s) and internal clients regularly to review deliverables and deadlines. Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes and schedules, and project updates.
- Configure and maintain HR data structure, system business rules, workflows, and security roles. Audit security roles, update permissions and access, as needed.
- Review, test and execute mass data updates and migrations. Research and resolve system errors. Serve as main liaison with HRIS provider’s technical support. Troubleshoot system integrations including vendor interface files and application programming interface (API)s
- Serve as a liaison with other functional areas, the HRIS provider, external vendors, and system integrators.
- Suggest areas for process improvement and system upgrades. Stay current on product updates, trends, and new technologies. Participate in webinars and user groups as they are made available. Collaborates with other departments on process improvement and change management to achieve automation and improve employee and candidate experience.
- Develop and update end‐user training materials. Assist HR staff with system support, as needed.
- Creates and generates ad hoc scheduled and government reporting (standard and complex).
- Manipulate data in Excel and summarizes for different audiences, as appropriate. Develop and maintains HR dashboards that capture metrics, trends, and statistics.
- Stays current in HRIS product updates, trends, and new technologies. Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements globally.
Position Requirements:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of ‐‐ Business Administration, Information Technology or related field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in HRIS experience
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1‐3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting qualifications
- Computer Skills Desired: Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, Cognos, SQL); Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Teams, SharePoint, etc.) and ServiceNow preferred.

- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Experience with UKG Pro and people analytics tools strongly preferred.
Base Salary Range: $84,000 - $112,000
