Position Summary:
Lead and deliver global process, business requirement, design and governance in and around the space of SAP Quality Management, Production Planning, Plant Maintenance and integrating with operations. This role will be a subject matter expert providing insight and support on global, cross-functional or regional initiatives. You will work closely with IT and various cross-functional business groups to ensure seamless integration and operation.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design, implement & oversee the global SAP Quality Management solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Lead projects in SAP Quality Management from inception to completion, including upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop best practices solutions in the field of Quality Management, Production Planning & Plant Maintenance Serve as the point of contact in identifying latest trends in the field of Operations and evaluate appropriate solutions to drive efficiency.
- Partner with cross functional teams to deliver Operations transformational projects while adhering to project timelines.
- Analyze business requirements, prioritize based on solution cost/benefit analysis, present to department leader an successful implementation roadmap.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP -related issues in the space of Quality Management, providing expert guidance and support to resolve technical challenges.
- Actively engage with operations leaders to identify business problems that are conducive to AI and/or automation solutions in line with digital transformation (DT) road map and vision. Uphold the digital transformation roadmaps and strategies align with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Responsible for maintenance and continuous improvement of Supply chain, Operations solutions by designing and implementing new functionalities to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.
Position Requirements:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Supply Chain Management/ Operations/Industrial Engineering or related field of study
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in SAP Operations systems & processes
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in Process Mapping, Project Management
- Computer Skills Desired: SAP, ERP Central Component (ECC), SAP Quality Management, Production Planning, Plant
- Maintenance & Microsoft Office
- Preferred Certifications: Supply Chain Management Certification preferred

Base Pay Range: 120,715K - 160,950K
