Position Summary:
Monster Energy Company, a leading global energy beverage brand, is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Supply Chain Optimization Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving efficiencies and optimizing our supply chain operations through advanced analytics and innovative solutions. Utilizing data-driven insights, you will identify areas for improvement within the supply chain, focusing on cost reduction, efficiency, and service level enhancements. We are seeking advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead and develop Operating Models business cases and initiatives to lower the overall Supply Chain
- Develop strategic improvement initiatives to meet long-range goals; assure implementation of these
- Build, implement, and maintain optimization tools for the organization and work with cross-functional departments to implement lowest cost scenarios strategically and tactically across all
- Work with Procurement, NPD, Finance and Operations in the development of the Business Cases, development of long-term CapEx programs to deliver a sustainable and reliable operating model, participate in the supplier and co-manufacturing contracts.
- Facilitate change to internal processes, practices, and technologies to optimize performance, execute organizational strategy, and achieve targets.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment undergoing
- Update or develop and document best practices and modeling standards that help ensure consistency across network modeling activities globally.
- Develop and drive the network optimization agenda on a Global scale: develop the Network Design and Optimization strategy in alignment with the broader Supply Chain
- Maintain communication routines with broader stakeholders, including Steering Teams and other stakeholders regarding project outputs, methodologies, scenario or constraint definitions, status, and Identify areas of improvement; address concerns and issues as they arise; and contribute to the planning of short and long-term business objectives.
- Work closely with Logistics/Freight Forwarders to understand HTS codes and tax/duty rates for new/existing markets, based on product formulation and regulatory compliance in order to model landed costs
- Develop, execute, and implement projects and process improvements including distribution network design, transportation mode selection, inventory hub and spoke optimization, capacity planning and multi-echelon inventory optimization in the supply chain organization to drive continuous improvement to current excellence standards across the
- Work closely with the Regional VP of SC in growth/expansion capacity planning both domestic and
- Provide coaching and training to Supply Chain Network Analysts in support of specific projects as well as broader development and performance management.
- Manage resources, provide direction to staff, guide and review Supply Chain Network Analyst's work and develop talent to ensure effectiveness.
Basic Position Requirements:
- Bachelor of Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Related
- 5-7 years' experience in Supply Chain Optimization and Data
- Demonstrated communication, collaborative and analytical competencies
- Experience producing, interpreting, and communicating forecasts, budgets, and variance
- Sales & Operations Planning, Integrated Business Planning experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment undergoing transformation is
- Strong coaching, influencing, and presenting skills
- Advanced skill with MS Office suite, especially Excel and ideally Access and MS
- SAP Experience
- Project management experience a Power Bl development and Smartsheet experience a plus.
Base Pay Range: $92,300 - $102,000
