**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team at a world-class manufacturing facility in Kentucky. As an Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems within our industrial automated facility.
This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of electrical controls, PLCs, and wiring & connections. You will work closely with production, maintenance, and facilities teams to ensure seamless operation of our equipment.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Maintain and repair electrical systems, including control panels and circuit boards
- Troubleshoot electrical issues with production equipment
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation and electrical maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical controls, PLCs, and wiring & connections
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies
