Monster Mini Golf is an international franchise system of crazy cool Blacklight Family Entertainment Centers. Our Allentown, PA location features an 18-hole Glow-in-the-Dark Miniature Golf Course, Laser Maze Attraction, Arcade Games, Bowling and more! Other than our unique attractions, we also offer the coolest Haunted Mansion Birthday Party and Event rooms you have ever laid eyes on! Does this sound like something that fits your personality? Who are we looking for as a Store Manager?
We are looking for outgoing humans with prior management experience who love interacting with other humans (of all ages) and love to have fun while also carrying themselves with a professional demeanor! Monster Mini Golf Store Managers work hand-in-hand with store owners/ownership to assist in delivering our high standard of Guest Experience, train and hold Team Members accountable to their roles, assist with local marketing strategies and administrative tasks and help achieve overall brand values and consistency.
