What We Do

The company has expanded to over 450 team members, yet our custom software is currently built and maintained by a small team of developers. Many of us are self-taught and started at Monster before learning to code, developing a team culture built on three key traits:

What You’ll Do

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy large and small projects.
• Collaborate with team members while also owning tasks from concept to launch when needed.
• Maintain and update applications to support new business functions and opportunities.
• Build and optimize scalable applications that are easy for other developers to support.
• Transform generalized concepts into fully functional products.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Adapt quickly when project scopes shift mid-development.
• Engage with end users post-launch to improve effectiveness and squash bugs.

What We Need

✅ 2 years of experience in a full-stack developer role.

✅ Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, languages, and frameworks.

✅ Proven track record of solving complex problems and delivering tangible results.

✅ Strong communication skills with developers, stakeholders, and end users.

✅ Willingness to relocate to Myrtle Beach (non-negotiable). For the right person, we’ll make it easy!

What Would Be Fabulous

⭐ 2 years of experience working with modern development frameworks.

⭐ Experience with Firebase / GCP, where our software lives.
