📞 What You’ll Do
• Inbound & Outbound Calls: Engage with guests to help them plan and finalize vacation reservations.
• Persuade & Inspire: Use your skills to encourage guests to make a vacation reservation they weren’t planning at the start of the call.
• Collect Payments: Confidently guide guests through the payment process as part of securing their booking. 💳
• Follow a Proven Process: Adhere to structured scripts and guidelines to engage guests and achieve goals.
• Create Memorable Experiences: Help guests lock in their plans and turn their travel dreams into reality. 🌴

📍 Job Details
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Location: On-site in Wilmington, North Carolina. Must live in or be able to commute to Wilmington daily.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older due to industry best practices for telemarketing financial transactions.
