Order pickers and packers are an integral part of the customer experience at Monster Scooter Parts as they are responsible for ensuring the customer receives the correct product, and correct quantities, for their order. Order pickers will pull parts according to customer orders and are tasked with keeping completed orders readily available for packers to process. Order packers will ensure that the orders are complete, properly packaged, and staged for carrier pickup. To meet customer expectations, order pickers and packers will be required to balance accuracy with efficiency. Orders are obtained through our website at www.monsterscooterparts.com, Amazon, Walmart, and Ebay and are shipped to customers throughout the U.S. and other countries.

This is a full-time entry-level position located at our Colorado Springs, CO facility. The starting schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday, but some weekend shifts may be required during our busier summer months.

What you will be doing:

• Pick and/or pack orders for Amazon and Walmart fulfillment warehouses and/or for our website customers.
• Print shipping labels and stickers
• Prepackage items for shipment and affix stickers to items
• Identify inventory stock level issues
• Stock and maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other misc. warehouse duties and projects as required

What we are looking for:

• Must be detail-oriented and capable of working on your feet all day in a fast-paced environment.
• Majority of lifting involves items weighing 10 lbs. or less. However, occasional heavy lifting (typically 50-60 lbs) is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to provide a positive work atmosphere while seeking ways to improve inefficiencies.
• Proficiency with web browsers, Windows operating system, & basic computer applications.
• Must be at least 18 years of age & possess a high school diploma.
• Ability to safely use warehouse equipment.
• Must pass background check.
