Customer Service and Sales Assistant

As a Customer Service and Sales Assistant, you will deliver an excellent service, helping promote our our products and services to the people of the big apple. You will have a vibrant personality and a passion for helping others to achieve your goals and those of the company.
While previous customer service experience is preferred, training will be provided. This is a very customer-centric role, so you’ll need to be confident and comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide product information, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings
Requirements:.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not essential
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capability to think outside the box and get creative
- A strong work ethic and desire to go above and beyond to meet all targets and objectives
- Able to commute to our office in Denver, CO (This role cannot be done remotely)
