Responsibilities of the role:

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Drive Brand Awareness: Execute various marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility for our clients at events and other promotional activities.
  • Collaborate in Team Meetings: Participate actively in team discussions, sharing ideas and contributing to the development of innovative strategies.
  • Develop and Deliver Training: Create and implement training methods to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team, ensuring everyone is equipped to succeed.
  • Engage in Client-Facing Activities: Attend client meetings to discuss sales and business development opportunities, representing the company with professionalism.
  • Travel for Business Development: Represent the company at business development events, both locally and potentially abroad, to build networks and drive sales growth.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong, ongoing relationships with customers and clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Promote Client Brands: Gain an in-depth understanding of our clients’ brands and products to effectively market them at events and in sales pitches.
