As an Events Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of exciting promotional events, retail pop-ups, and busy shopping centers in Atlanta. Your mission? To create unforgettable experiences and keep our clients’ brands buzzing. From connecting with customers and showcasing awesome products to collaborating with your team, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-tier customer service & offering special offers and deals to customers at the in-store pop-up events.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Bringing energy and enthusiasm to every customer interaction.
- Demonstrating and explaining services to all customers that attend.
- Supporting the customer through the sales process.
- Explaining the post-sales processes to customers
- Staying sharp and in-the-know with the latest product trends.
- Building a positive vibe and inclusive atmosphere in everything you do.
