Position: Event Staff ~ Immediate Start
Location: Rochester, NY (On-Site)
Our client is seeking energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join their Event Sales Team and help deliver outstanding pop-up and promotional experiences. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you’ll be key to driving sales, providing excellent service, and ensuring the smooth execution of promotional events and kiosks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Engage with customers at retail promotional venues and pop-up events to promote and sell products/services.
- Promote Products Enthusiastically: Present products and services with passion to boost interest and close sales on the spot.
- Sales Goals: Thrive in a target-driven environment, consistently working to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Event Setup: Assist in the setup and presentation of event spaces, ensuring displays are inviting, professional, and customer-friendly.
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, creating an exceptional experience that encourages customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Adaptability: Support various roles within the event, always focused on maximizing sales and ensuring smooth event operations.
Skills and Qualities We’re Looking For:
- Sales and Customer Service Experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding sales targets.

Compensation:
- Base pay plus commission, with weekly pay and uncapped bonus opportunities for top performers.
