You’ll be the link between buyers and sellers, communicating product details, distributing marketing materials, and helping build lasting relationships that foster business growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customers: Represent our client at various local events and retail locations, introducing their products and services with enthusiasm and confidence.
- Build Relationships: Establish rapport with customers through friendly, fact-based interactions, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Product Presentations: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to attract new customers and generate interest.
- Product Marketing: Gain thorough knowledge of the client’s product offerings and help to directly market to the products to customers.
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to questions and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring each interaction is positive and informative.
- Customer Registration: Assist in gathering customer information for registrations in the client's online system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Track Performance: Maintain daily logs of interactions and results to assist the client in tracking progress and providing feedback.
