Pay Rates
- LPN Pay Rate: $50.00 an hour plus shift differentials
- RN Pay Rate: $55.00 an hour plus shift differentials
Shifts Available
- 11pm-7am
- Other opportunities available as needed
LPN/RN Weekend Warrior Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment
- Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents, families, and caregivers
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and maintain resident confidentiality
- Provide direction to clinical team members
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided
- Ability to work 4 weekends in a row with 1 weekend off
LPN/RN Weekend Warrior Qualifications
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN or RN in the state of Massachusetts
- Ability to work with multiple patients at once
- Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
- Ability to work 5 weekends in a row with 1 weekend off
