We are currently seeking an Office Manager and Assistant Innkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and Excel, although we are happy to provide training for the right person.

* Answering phones
* Taking orders
* Tracking and documenting order pick-up
* Handling client inquiries
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Basic accounting
Qualifications-
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
* Be a self-starter who can run the office efficiently in the absence of the owner.
* Phone proficiency
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Docs, etc.)
* QuickBooks experience is a plus
* Previous office management or administrative assistant experience is a plus.
Full and Part-time position available
Work Location: In person

Pay: $15.95 - $16.80 per hour
