- Train new hires by working side-by-side with them on their first few shifts
- Ensure quality by inspecting completed work and correcting issues
- Communicate directly with management to report concerns or supply needs
- Model strong work ethic, reliability, and customer service at every account

- Proven janitorial experience (commercial cleaning preferred)
- Ability to work independently and help others succeed
- Confidence using basic cleaning tools and light equipment (e.g., vacuums, mops, basic floor machines)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- Experience training or supervising others in any setting is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Expectations
- Shift starts at 5:00 PM sharp (no exceptions)
- Evenings, Monday through Friday (30–40 hours/week)
- Reliable transportation required (you’ll start from the shop and travel to accounts- travel time is paid) Supervisors get a company vehicle.
- Ability to lead and clean without daily check-ins or babysitting
What We Offer
- A consistent evening schedule with clear expectations
- Respect for people who take their work seriously
- A leadership role with room for growth and raises based on performance
- A company that values autonomy, communication, and follow-through
- As a supervisor, you will be able to drive a company vehicle.
This Role is NOT for You If:
- You need constant reminders to stay on task
- You aren’t comfortable correcting others or holding a standard
- You’re looking to coast through the work or disappear on shift
