About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on individual to join our janitorial team as a Floor Maintenance Technician/Janitor. This position specializes in floor care services, including scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and burnishing/buffing, and rounds out hours with janitorial work.

This isn’t entry-level janitorial work—it’s a skilled trade that we’ll train you in, if you're willing to learn and commit. If you’re dependable, take pride in your work, and enjoy working independently, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Clean, scrub, buff, and finish hard floors using specialized equipment
• Operate auto scrubbers, burnishers, extractors, and other machines
• Follow established safety and cleaning procedures
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
• Janitorial work will be performed to round out hours so you have a fixed schedule
• Travel between job sites (we pay travel time)

What We’re Looking For

• Punctual and dependable – our shift starts at 5:30 PM sharp
• Able to follow detailed instructions and care about doing the job right
• Physically capable of lifting 60 lbs and staying active throughout the shift
• Willing to learn specialized skills—we’ll provide the training
• Previous floor work experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to drive a pickup truck and cargo trailer - and have valid driver's license

• $23/hour starting wage for trainable candidates (more with experience)
