Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items with precision and care.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Educate customers about menu offerings and promote sales through effective communication.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous Barista experience in a café environment is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
