Loan and Member Service Supervisor: We are seeking a leadership-minded individual to guide the loan and member services staff at our 14th Street branch! The Loan and Member Service Supervisor is responsible for leading, supervising, coaching, mentoring, and developing a team of loan officers, member service representatives, member service guides, and loan and member service support. The supervisor manages business development regarding consumer loan growth and cross-selling credit union products and services. They also manage a diverse loan portfolio and monitor credit performance to ensure loan and credit quality comply with MCU’s lending policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws, rules, and regulations. In addition, this role will build and strengthen relationships with members and co-workers, direct and evaluate staff performance, and ensures operations are conducted in accordance with established MCU policies, procedures, guidelines, and audit standards.
