Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Receptionist to be the first person customers meet when they walk into our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to sell our services effectively to new and returning customers. You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our skilled repair team, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the shop, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Capture customer information and inquire about their vehicle issues to accurately assess repair needs.
- Promote and educate customers on our range of services, encouraging them to choose us for their auto repair needs.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, schedule appointments, and provide service quotes when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, invoicing, and processing payments.
- Work closely with the repair team to ensure seamless communication and timely service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of auto repair services is a plus, but not required.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong sales skills with a knack for persuading customers and providing excellent customer service. Customers in our field are here to get the car repaired. Our job is to ask the right questions to find out how we can give them what they are looking for and make them happy and feel like they got the best deal and repair.
- Ability to handle a high volume of customers and inquiries with a positive attitude.
