Montana Endoscopy is currently seeking Perioperative RN's to join our team. In this position you will provide hands-on experience to endoscopy patients while at our facility.
Regularly you will . . .
- Provide pre-op/post-op instruction and explanation of patient rights and responsibilities
- Describe the peri-operative experience to the patient/significant other, including what to expect before, during, and after the procedure
- Perform all pre-op testing (i.e., laboratory work, electrocardiogram, X-rays, etc.)
- Explain informed consent for surgery, patient’s rights/responsibilities, and pre-op/post-op instructions
- Provide comfort and reassurance to the patient and support the patient’s right to privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
To thrive in this role will require . . .
- Current, active Montana or compact state nursing license
- Current Basic Life Support
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
- Team-oriented mindset
