Dental Receptionist
Montana Kids Dental is seeking a full time Dental Receptionist to be a part of our growing team. We are a pediatric dental practice and the candidate must love working with children. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic individual. If you have a positive attitude, excel at providing exceptional customer service, and would love to work in a fun and busy atmosphere, we would love to meet you. Our dental receptionists have a passion for dentistry and enjoy learning and growing as a professional. We take pride in our dental care and we believe good habits start young.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hardworking, skilled at multi-tasking, takes pride in their work, works well with others and loves serving our patients. Applicants must possess computer experience (please include systems you are familiar with), multi-line phone system experience, verify insurance benefits, ability to follow up on, file and send claims electronically, maintain an efficient and productive schedule, confirm patient appointments, and greet and dismiss patients with professional and elegant communication. Working knowledge of Dentrix is preferred.
The position will be 4-5 days per week. **And will require 1 day of travel per week to Great Falls, MT. (A company vehicle will be provided for travel along with hourly compensation.)
Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday’s, 7:30 am to 12:00 pm.
Starting salary will be determined depending on experience. Benefits are available after a 90 day probationary period.
