POSITION
TABLEWARE QUALITY CONTROL, CLEANING & PACKAGING LEAD
OVERVIEW
The TABLEWARE QUALITY CONTROL, CLEANING & PACKAGING LEAD directs and works side by side with other department members to ensure our clients receive the highest quality rentals. This position is crucial to Montana Party Rentals, as nearly all returned items must pass through the dish room before going back into inventory. The ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately in this role is critical to the weekly operations of the company. Careful attention to the quality of each rental, and their packaging, is of utmost importance to ensure we meet our customers’ expectations. This role is charged with creating a cooperative team environment for the crew while ensuring deadlines are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Train, lead, and mentor Tableware Quality Control, Sanitation, and Packaging Crew
● Effectively coordinate daily tasks for department crew to maximize productivity and minimize errors
● Coordinate with other departments to meet all deadlines and requirements
● Cross train with Event Prep & Coordination Dept for crossover work during Winter Season
● Inspect all tabletop inventory upon return for damage, chips, flaws, and general wear
● Wash, sanitize, and package all returned dishes and tabletop items
● Maintain quality and overall appearance of storage boxes / containers
● Accurately fill out necessary paperwork during wash process
● Maintain a clean and organized workspace
QUALIFICATIONS/ATTRIBUTES
● High attention to quality and detail
● Ability to work in time sensitive situations and thrive in a team environment
● Work and stand for extended periods of time
● Ability to lift 50 lbs.
