What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reclaimed Lumber Processor position at MONTANA RECLAIMED LUMBER CO.?
Montana Reclaimed Lumber is a growing company looking to hire Full-time and Part-time Reclaimed Lumber Processors to process salvaged lumber into quality lumber products. These positions are located at our Gallatin Gateway lumber yard, just outside of Bozeman.
Responsibilities:
- Remove any foreign material from the lumber like nails and staples
- Cut off bad ends using a chain saw
- Sort the materials by size and length using a tape measure
- Count the quantity of materials processed and maintain proper records
- Operate a forklift and chainsaw
Qualifications:
- Able to follow instructions to sort materials by size and quality
- Able to use a hand calculator
- Able to be physically active all day, in a variety of weather conditions, and lift up to 75 lbs.
