Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of quarterly catalogs and print materials
- Manage the creation and distribution of retailer support materials and point-of-sale assets
- Ensure consistency in brand presentation across product, model, and lifestyle imagery
- Collaborate with the creative team to execute and plan photoshoots
- Contribute to campaign planning and go-to-market initiatives
- Support industry events with timely, on-brand collateral
- Develop and maintain brand partnerships and collaborations
- Direct product packaging and create engaging experiences
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand book
- Coordinate lifestyle shoots and content
- Defend creative direction and recognize opportunities
- Manage various vendors, photographers, and videographers
- Optimize the company's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
- Provide strategic direction for social media content
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Mass Media or related field
- Equivalent of 5 years progressive experience in sales/marketing/business related field
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, photography techniques, PM tool experience, Basic ERP Knowledge
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
