Operations Specialist

Our group is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team. No previous experience is necessary; we will provide hands-on training. The ideal individual is a problem-solver and ready to hit the ground running. You will monitor critical systems for failures while identifying and resolving software and hardware-related issues.

On an average day, you will:

• Receive incoming phone calls and emails, being the primary means of communication with customers
• Review daily reports that identify potential hardware and/or software issues
• Investigate the cause of identified issues
• Resolve outstanding issues and analyze solutions to prevent future failures
• Notify and keep our internal team updated as issues are investigated and resolved
• Work with networking and communication hardware
• Aid with administrative tasks on occasion

To qualify for this job, you must have the following:

• Basic knowledge of networking at IOT devices
• Previous experience troubleshooting equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An in-depth understanding and ability to demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to pass a full background check

We’d also love it if you have the following:

• One year of administrative support experience
