What You‘ll Do :
As an E-Commerce Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients succeed on Amazon. You’ll manage critical workflows like inventory coordination, pricing updates, and advertising analysis while also taking on complex questions that require creative problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Your responsibilities will include :
- Inventory and Logistics Management : Monitor and optimize inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock, and coordinate shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers. Collaborate with brand partners to execute orders efficiently.
- Amazon Listing Optimization : Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and compelling by managing pricing, images, and detailed product information.
- Profitability Monitoring : Track and address customer returns, excess inventory, and Amazon fees to improve margins and overall profitability.
- Advertising Campaign Management : Set up and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve existing workflows to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and make processes scalable as we grow.
- Data Analysis and Insights : Analyze sales, inventory, and advertising data to uncover trends and identify opportunities. Provide actionable insights that drive decisions and help clients grow their sales and profitability.
Client-Specific Projects : Take on ad hoc data projects to solve unique partner challenges, such as forecasting demand for a product launch or analyzing the impact of pricing changes.
