Compensation : $150K - $300K (flexible) Equity Bonus

About Us :

We are working with a YC-backed startup in the e-commerce and fintech space, scaling fast with double digit ARR in just two years. The team is made up of top engineers from MIT, FAANG, and YC startups, and are looking for exceptional talent to help grow.

The Role :

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong backend skills who thrives in a high-growth startup environment. You’ll work on both consumer-facing and B2B applications , tackling complex technical challenges.

What You’ll Do :

  • Build and scale backend systems and APIs .
  • Develop sleek frontend experiences .
  • Work closely with our elite engineering team (ex-Meta, ex-Google, ex-Amazon, etc).
  • Own projects from design to deployment .
  • Optimize databases and performance for high-traffic systems.

Who You Are :

  • Y Combinator (YC) Experience highly desirable.
  • 3 years of experience in Python, Node.js, React, TypeScript .
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) .
  • Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL) .
  • Experience in payments, fintech, or security is a plus.
  • Must be located in the USA.
