The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving the brand’s sales objectives within the Central and West regions, by developing new prospects and recommending sales and marketing actions and setting short and long terms strategies.

Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving the brand’s sales objectives within the Central and West regions, by developing new prospects and recommending sales and marketing actions and setting short and long terms strategies.
Responsibilities
- Sales:
- Manage overall turnover & profit of wholesale channel (jewelers and traditional trade), focusing on Sell Out.
- Develop sales strategies and define commercial policies to achieve company’s target in terms of qualitative & quantitative aspects.
- Consistently deliver on commitments, proactively communicate solutions to capture upside turnover.
- Generate sales quotations; handle customer’s inquiries; quote prices and credit terms; obtain purchase orders from customers, prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, and partner with Sales Assistant for order processing and shipping
- Relationship Management:
- Maintain relationships with retailers and landlords through brand events/product launch animation.
- Ensure business partners are following brand standard in terms if product assortment, POS image, pricing & services.
- Network Development:
- Explore new sales opportunities and prospects.
- Research, develop and gather market information in the assigned sales channels.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to evaluate markets, product trends and training/sales coaching on regular basis to provide exceptional service and build customer relationships
- Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, store design, Training and Richemont support functions.
- Up to 40% travelling required (USA).
- Office based position
- College degree in a related business area is preferred.
- At least 5 years of Wholesale experience, luxury products and/or watches preferred
- Strong analytical skill, with advanced excel skills
- Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong knowledge in sales and marketing strategies and techniques in luxury products
- Ability to travel and work extended hours
- Ability to work independently and in team setting, with strong agility and adaptability
- Bilingual English and Spanish Preferred.
- Expert computer skills – Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- SAP knowledge preferred
