Howard City- Tri County High School

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Prior coaching experience
Knowledge and background in Softball
Knowledge of program building skills
Some experience with a weightlifting program
Great Leadership Skills
Experience with culture building
Vision of building the program from the ground up

JOB DESCRIPTION

Coach individual participants in the fundamental skills necessary for excellent achievement in Softball

Work closely with lower-level programs for consistency of techniques taught and on all aspects of the program

Develop community relationships that are positive for TC Athletics

Develop players for the next level

Recruitment of participants

Develop youth program

Help with fundraising projects

Accountable for all team equipment, supplies, and inventory

Develop a program / team of class and character

Develop good people, not just good athletes

Work within the basic framework and philosophy of the school district
