Family Skills Training Specialist (Master Level)

Montcalm Care Network is seeking a master level clinician with experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances or developmental disabilities and their families. Work in an organization that supports professional growth, values team-based interventions and provides trauma-informed care.
Family Skills Training Specialist provides parenting skills training on a group and individual basis. Skills training focuses on evidenced based parenting strategies, teach parents emotion regulation skills, and developing positive support plans to address child behaviors. Services are offered both in home, community, and office-based setting. Experience in evidence-based practices such as Trauma Informed Parenting or Parenting Through Change a plus.

Student Loan Repayment: MCN is an approved National Health Service site (NHSC, a loan repayment program); in addition to Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), and MDHHS Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program (BHLRP).
Employment Qualifications:
Education:
· Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with limited or full licensure.
License/Certification:
· Professional Licensure required: Limited or full license in the State of Michigan (LLMSW or similar)
· Possession of a valid State of Michigan driver's license (and ability to obtain chauffeur's license)
Experience:
- One year of experience in a mental health related field in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of children.
- Social Work or related (Counseling, Psychology)

Master’s level: $54,500 to $84,000 depending on licensure
