Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook grilled items to order, including meats, seafood, and vegetables, ensuring consistency and quality. Operate and maintain grill equipment, ensuring proper temperature control and cleanliness. Assist with prepping ingredients, seasoning, and marinating as required. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to coordinate timing and ensure seamless service. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to kitchen management. Contribute to menu innovation by suggesting new grill-focused dishes and techniques.
