What you'll do :
- Property maintenance position supporting two mobile home and RV communities in the Ashland / Talent and Rogue River area.
- Landscaping : Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and complete other yard work including leaf and debris removal.
- Groundskeeping : Pick up trash and debris and cleaning common areas.
- Plumbing : Open clogged drains, fix leaks, expose and identify sources or external water or sewer leaks, and perform other plumbing jobs.
- Electrical : Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, change fuses and meters, and complete similar electrical tasks.
- Carpentry : Perform simple carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, replacing locks, and repairing steps, rails, and fencing.
- Touch-up painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required.
- Complete other basic maintenance tasks as assigned.
