Do you enjoy helping others and making a difference in your community? If so, then Monte Christo Communities has the job for you! This is a temporary part-time maintenance position lasting for approximately 12-16 weeks.
What you'll do:
- Property maintenance position supporting a mobile home and RV community in Oroville.
- Landscaping: Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and complete other yard work including leaf and debris removal.
- Groundskeeping: Pick up trash and debris and cleaning common areas.
- Plumbing: Open clogged drains, fix leaks, expose and identify sources or external water or sewer leaks, and perform other plumbing jobs.
- Electrical: Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, change fuses and meters, and complete similar electrical tasks.
- Carpentry: Perform simple carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, replacing locks, and repairing steps, rails, and fencing.
- Touch-up painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required.
- Complete other basic maintenance tasks as assigned.

- Current Driver License and Clean Driving Record
- Mechanically inclined
- Self-starter
- Organized and able to prioritize and complete tasks
- Ability to manage a daily work log
- Computer fluent and capable of operate maintenance software App on cell phone
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor
- 1 year of property maintenance experience
- Ability to respond to after hour emergencies
- Ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
