Monte Sano Research Corporation (MSRC) is a Huntsville-based Small Business specializing in providing full-spectrum defense system engineering, research, design, development, integration, test, evaluation, and planning services to the U.S. Government.
MSRC is seeking a full-time Information Systems Manager to manage implementation of CMMC 2.0 Level 2 Compliance for a cleared defense contractor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Specify, manage, and verify work of contract service providers.
- Document progress and report to executive management.
- Use Microsoft 365 platform to automate intra-office workflows (example: on-boarding, travel and expense).
- Familiarity with SharePoint/Lists/Forms/Power Automate/Power Apps.
- Implement business-to-business (b2b) portal for vendor and subcontractor invoicing, reporting, and document management to include export controlled and controlled technical information (CTI).
- Documentation of processes and creation of SOPs.
- Implement a ticketing system.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Security CE or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
Experience:
- 10-15 years of information systems administration experience.
- 1 year minimum of Microsoft 365 administration preferred.
- Understanding of DoD CMMC IT cyber-security requirements.
Required Skills:
- Team participation skills as well as the ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated and detail oriented.
- The candidate must be able to work within a fast-paced environment, often with evolving requirements.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Candidate must currently possess and be able to maintain an active security clearance.
