Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently oversee day-to-day property operations to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Demonstrate financial prudence, adhering to the approved budget, and overseeing maintenance.
- Lead lease enforcement, handling approvals for applications, discounts, and renewals.
- Provide mentorship to property staff, ensuring team goals through effective hiring, training, and performance management.
- Foster a strong client/owner relationship with regular updates and addressing owner requests.
Requirements:
- Previous property management experience with a proven track record.
- Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Yardi/OneSite software.
- Strong financial acumen, budget creation, and fiscal reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
