**Optometric Assistant & Receptionist** BILINGUAL-FLUENT SPANISH & ENGLISH

Montebello Optometry Eye Clinic & Dry Eye Center is seeking a motivated and versatile Optometric Assistant to join our dynamic team. We specialize in advanced eye care treatments, dry eye disease management, and comprehensive vision services, as well as myopia control (Ortho-K), scleral lenses, and ocular aesthetics, offering cutting-edge solutions in a compassionate and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities may include:

- Perform receptionist duties such as patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, scanning and managing patient records.

- Assist the optometrist & team with patient care, including pre-testing, diagnostic tests, and contact lens training.

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.

- Help with social media content creation and participate in marketing reels.

- Perform lens edging and fitting of lenses in our in-house lab.

- Assist optician, technician and doctor with any tasks requested.

Qualifications:

-Fluent in Spanish & English.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to multitask and handle various office duties.

- Willingness to learn and participate in social media and marketing efforts.

- Experience in a medical or optometry setting is required for at least 2 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
