2. Three (3) years of progressively responsible accounting, payroll or bookkeeping experience, including experience with personal or microcomputer operation, utilizing spreadsheet and other financial software applications.
3. Or some combination of education, training and experience that produces the requisite knowledge and ability. Experience in a public agency is preferred.
