Montefiore IT is growing and one of our most critical, visible departments is seeking a talented manager of technology and staff.
Responsibilities include:
Manage customer relationships including communicating issues, risks, status, and impacts
Understand customer requirements and develop/communicate effective solutions
Control and manage projects with an end result orientation; develop and maintain comprehensive project and resource plans
Communicate effectively with IT and stakeholder leadership
Use technical expertise to manage full SDLC for technical projects and operationalize solutions
Qualifications required:
Knowledge of IT for health care, health insurance, care management and/or population health
Project management experience including creating and managing project plans and budgets
Knowledge of RTE and Eligibility workflows
Experience managing an implementation team, including employees and consultants
Knowledge of SDLC and IT best practices
Strong ability to conduct technical assessments of vendor products and communicate with vendors
Excellent systems analysis and troubleshooting skills, strong data analysis experience
Familiarity with health care legislation and the regulatory environment in which Montefiore functions
Polished communications skills including creating documentation such as user specifications, scoping, and process flow diagrams as well as communicating with business users, vendors, and IT staff
Skilled with MS Excel, Word, Visio, Project
Preferred:
Experience with large scale implementations, integration, migrations.
