The role involves creating PowerPoint presentations, preparing financial spreadsheets, maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders, providing employee relations support, conducting entry-level investigations, managing special projects, surveys, and audits. Requirements
- Five-plus years of progressive leadership experience in HR positions is required; a healthcare background is a plus.
- Experience with database management, record keeping, and MS Office.
- Demonstrates ability to provide solutions by integrating knowledge, systems, and policies.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
