Montefiore Health System consists of eleven hospitals; a primary and specialty care network of more than 180 locations across Westchester County, the lower Hudson Valley and the Bronx; an extended care facility; the Montefiore School of Nursing, and our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. The Neurology Department is nationally recognized for quality of patient care and provides clinical, academic, and research leadership in the region. We have well-developed and growing programs in Aging and Dementia, Sleep Disorders, Stroke, Epilepsy, Neuromuscular Medicine, Movement Disorders, Neuroimmunology and Neuro-Oncology. A new Neuroscience Center has been developed in Westchester County / Tarrytown and includes Neurology, Neurosurgery and Psychiatry subspecialties.
The Position
Montefiore Medicine / Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Department of Neurology, is seeking New Faculty Hires primarily for its outpatient faculty practice at the Moses (Bronx) and Westchester / Tarrytown sites with additional training in Adult Epilepsy.
Candidates should have completed a Neurology Residency and an Epilepsy Fellowship and be American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Board Certified or Board Eligible. In addition to the outpatient faculty practice, candidates can expect to be integrated into the academic teaching and training program of the Neurology department.
