To maintain the release of information requests of patients and their representatives, physicians, hospital personnel and Health Information Services Department, to coordinate any personnel and activity pertaining to the release of information.

High School Diploma/GED required. Associate’s degree preferably in HIM, one year HIM required (ROI and EMR experience preferable), computer literate, good public relation skills, Medical Terminology Course, Bilingual – Spanish speaking preferred.
