Maintains eight/twelve hour accountability for the coordination of clinical and administrative activities for the nursing department. Is administratively responsible for Montefiore Nyack Hospital operations in the absence of a higher-ranking administrator.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Masters Preferred. A minimum of three years recent clinical experience with at least 2 years managerial role or equivalent leadership role. Current BLS. ANA Certification preferred. Current New York State License as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York. Membership and participation in a professional organization. Demonstrates organization in written and oral communications.
