Starting at $31.00 per hour with experience
The Clinical Care Partner (LPN) is responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our patients at the Rheumatology Clinic within Montefiore Nyack Hospital located in Nyack, New York. Displays an understanding of the developmental needs of the patient when planning and implementing treatment. Displays competency in obtaining information, familiarity with medications, and processing of refill prescriptions. Works closely with the Physician and other members of the clinical team. May perform phlebotomy and/or injections for the patient and may call back patients with lab test results and diagnosis. The hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm. No weekend coverage required.

Requirements:
A High School Graduate. Attended an accredited LPN Program
Working experience as an LPN preferred.
A New York State LPN License required
A BLS Certification from American Heart Association required.
Other: Experience using an EMR System, EPIC preferred.
