Job Summary: Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all plant and utility equipment necessary for maintaining a comfortable environment for hospital patients and staff, as well as providing necessary services for the rendition of good patient care. Responsible for maintaining all regulatory agency compliance for Life Safety issues and preventative maintenance as it pertains to area of responsibility. Responsible for completion of all The Joint Commission required plant preventative maintenance. Responsible for maintaining equipment, building components, and grounds within the Hospital, Highland Medical Practices, and ancillary sites.
Essential Job Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Three years work-related experience preferred. CFC Universal Certificate preferred.
