SENIOR CLERK (BRONX, NY, US)

The Senior Clerk is the first point of contact for the department. Associate will handle all incoming calls and act as a liaison between patients, secretaries, physicians and facility. Associate is responsible for complete patient registration including but not limited to proper insurance verification and applying coordination of benefit rules. Senior Clerk will work to maximize income for every patient seen by managing verification and confirmation / rescheduling process. Associate will manage physician schedules while appointment scheduling for all providers.
