What does a typical day look like? Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Answer all incoming phone calls, greet/check in/announce all visitors, take messages as necessary;
- Coordinate 3-year review dates for respective clients;
- Scheduling appointments, and handling all client intake matters and client relationships;
- Being the first point of contact for potential clients who call the office, which includes explaining how we help people, and "selling" the firm by securing appointments;
- Some general office duties, such as copying, scanning, and filing;
- Following up with potential and existing clients.
- Keeping the clients happy! We love our clients. Sometimes we send them gifts or just call them to make sure all is well.
- Creating cover letters, and mailing them to clients and leads.
- Clerical work, printing and mailing letters, scanning documents;
- Pick up/sort/distribute mail daily;
- Information source to clients/prospective clients on seminar dates and reservations as needed;
- Assemble coffee and water each morning and throughout the day for clients;
- Schedule walk-in appointments and other appointments as necessary;
- Making sure the waiting area and conference rooms are clean & supplies are stocked;
- All other projects as assigned.
