What You"ll Do At Monteith
- Develop CPM construction schedules for commercial projects ($500k–$30M) using Primavera P6.
- Analyze drawings and specifications to create detailed project schedules, including activities, logic relationships, and durations.
- Conduct bi-weekly schedule updates with project teams to capture progress and ensure accurate documentation.
- Perform site visits to monitor project performance and track schedule progress.
- Recommend strategies to mitigate schedule delays and maintain timelines.
- Manage tracking systems for weather delays and schedule impacts.
- Communicate regularly with teams to identify and address potential schedule risks.
- Participate in Owner / Design meetings to report schedule performance and updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create preconstruction schedules for upcoming projects.
