Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules across the entire supply chain process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Provide functional and technical leadership across Supply Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics/Shipping, and PIM.
- Architect and deliver scalable, integrated Oracle SCM solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and lead configuration, testing, and deployment efforts.
- Drive best practices in process improvements, solution design, and cloud capabilities.
- Support change management and training activities for key users and business teams.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and external implementation partners.
- Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud product releases, capabilities, and roadmap.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management solutions with at least 5 years in Oracle Cloud SCM.
- Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle Cloud modules: Supply Planning, Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, and PIM.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes and best practices.
- Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead workshops, document business processes, and configure Oracle Cloud applications.
- Oracle Cloud certification(s) in SCM modules is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in Manufacturing or High-Tech industries.
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BI reporting tools.
- Familiarity with agile project methodologies.
- Experience working in global, multi-site Oracle Cloud implementations.
Work Schedule:
- Onsite in Bay Area, CA
- 4 days in the office, 1 day remote (hybrid setup)
