Must Have List:
Bachelor s degree required with an advanced degree preferred.
6- 8 years of change management experience in large scale change initiatives across a global environment.
Change Management Certification preferred (PROSCI, CCMP etc.)
7-10 years of Pharma and Finance industry experience preferred.
Strong written, verbal and ppt communication skills demonstrated by 6 years of intermediate experience with MS Office 365 including SharePoint.
